Objectives:
Specifically, this Output aims at achieving the following
:

Developing
the Grades (1-3) Programme management processes at
Ministry and district levels in terms of planning,
implementation, monitoring, report writing and
dissemination strategies.

Providing
District Key Curriculum Training Teams (trainers of
trainers) with knowledge and skills needed for
training grades (1-3) teacher trainers.

Preparing
developed training materials and supplementary
teaching materials in the areas of classroom
environment, science and maths.

Providing
members of District Technical Support Groups (teacher
trainers) with knowledge and skills needed for
training grades (1-3) teachers in new developed ideas
in classroom environment and in science and maths
teaching techniques.

Developing
a system for monitoring and evaluating classroom
performance.
Scope
of the Project:
This
project covers all schools with grades (1-3) in all pilot
districts: Ajloun,
Amman II, Madaba and Karak.
