Introduction:
The
world nowadays witnesses rapid development in the fields
of knowledge and technology. In order to cope with the
pace of development,
the individual has to be well
educated to enable him to be effective The Ed. Process is
a basic factor in making
this development reality.
The
teacher also is very important as he is the basic pillar
in the educational system. He facilitates the learning of
students. For these reasons it is vital that teachers are
offered opportunities for continuous professional
Development (CPD) in relation to knowledge, skills and
attitudes. As a result, teachers will be able to up-grade
their knowledge and skills and therefore support students
more effectively in their learning.
Objectives:

project aims to createa CPD policy
for teachers in order to make their development continuous,
planned and practical It
is intended to raise the teacher’s level of performance
by acquisition of required skills and providing him with
knowledge and developing his attitudes to improve the
level of teaching and learning in accordance with the
changes and the needs of the society.
