Future
Perspectives:

Developing
an implementation plan for 5 years on levels of MoE,
districts and schools.

Developing
action plans for each main objective in the
implementation plan on the three level.

Making
the school as a basic unit for development. This group
will work on the school development plan and also the
training plan in order to implement the development
plan. This group will define the training needs for
teachers and arrange that there are appropriate
professional development opportunities.

Development
of Educational Qualification program. A committee
from MoE and universities to design the training
courses and materials has been set up to reconsider
qualifications
