The
Effective Communication Manual In Brief:
This
manual has been prepared by the communication team in MOE.
It includes an introduction written by the Secretary
General, a preface written
by president of the MOE communication team
identifying the communication system in general, (12)
illustrated chapters
and a conclusion which includes features
and characteristics of the successful
communicator and standards to measure the
communication efficiency in addition
to practical applications
and a questionnaire to evaluate the communication skills.
This
manual has been developed using the following processes.

Laying
out the general framework in view of the educational
literature, communication culture and current
management experiences.

Constructing
the manual.

Reviewing
the manual as a whole by experts
and professors from the University of Jordan.

Formal
approval by the Secretary General and the Ministry
staff.
