Objectives:

Establishing
job description, specifying the work of the general
directorates at the centre in the Ministry of Education
and the directorates of education in the districts.

Preparing
job description cards for the general directors, heads of
divisions and their subordinates at the centre of the
Ministry as a preliminary phase, and for the district
directors of education, heads of divisions and their
subordinates as a second phase.

Preparing
a tool for performance appraisal of the Ministry staff,
which could be developed to be an accredited tool for
assessing teachers in future.
