Job Description and  Performance Appraisal

Objectives:

- Establishing job description, specifying the work of the general directorates at the centre in the Ministry of Education and the directorates of education in the districts.

- Preparing job description cards for the general directors, heads of divisions and their subordinates at the centre of the Ministry as a preliminary phase, and for the district directors of education, heads of divisions and their subordinates as a second phase.

- Preparing a tool for performance appraisal of the Ministry staff, which could be developed to be an accredited tool for assessing teachers in future.
