Job Description and  Performance Appraisal

Achievements:

- Approving a unified card for job description which includes the responsibilities, qualifications and experiences required for the job.

- Writing the job descriptions of the departments at the Ministry centre and revising them with the 'Arab Experts', after which the job description card has been developed and approved for the specification of all jobs.

- Preparing job description cards for all directors of departments at the Ministry centre and revising them with the 'Arab Experts'.

- Preparing job description cards for heads of divisions at the Ministry centre as well as for the main members in every directorate.

- Revising the job description cards for the Directorate of Education of Amman I to stand for accreditation by the committee concerned, in order to disseminate them in all directorates of education.

- Recruiting new employees for the Division of Administrative Development to carry out the tasks of following up job description, design and trial the appraisal performance  project, and follow it up after dissemination.

- Preparing a draft booklet for performance appraisal to be studied and developed after discussion and coordination with the parties concerned in order to be accredited as an official document circulated in the Ministry.
